A 2500/3500 LQ4 will always dyno less than a Denali LQ4. Not sure why...

You would need a awd dyno so it'd be harder to find. You could probably pull the front driveshaft and use any dyno but I'm not positive.

ok so you have a danali LQ4 or LQ9?
ALso if your awd that might eat up some power if your on the dyno with awd.
Im going to refer you to Nelson Performance - Performance without Sacrificing Drivability for a REAL tune.

Check again then, it's the lq9 rated at 345hp. I have a friend that works in a gm parts department, he made a in depth list for a local club of what motor came in gm v8 vehicles. I'll copy it over here if your interested.

I never heard of an 02 Denali with an LQ9.

The 01-02 can be used on a 2WD dyno with the front shaft out and the TCS completely disabled. It's not good for the coupler in the T/C though.

My 03 can't as it's a different T/C (open). With mine off the ground you can turn either drive shaft with it in park (but not both at the same time). With the front shaft out of mine it won't move in gear with all 4 wheels on the ground...the front output spins without the rear.

It's out of an 06 Denali, and it was in 2wd. I know the numbers are jacked, hopefully i'll be able to order headers this week and get rid of my stock 5.3 ypipe.
