    The paper you did not sign would not be a legally binding document with your signature either. In other words, it doesn't really matter if it was signed or not. This is a sticky subject as I find it obvious the policy would be to report injury at time of incident yet I cannot see how that is grounds for termination based on Ryder policy. The flip side is employers should and do have the right to terminate an employee at almost any time for almost any reason. They were looking for a reason....if it was merely a cost issue.

    My job tried to do that to me when i got rust rings. Argued with them that it takes awhile for you to know you even have them. IT was a bunch of BS and they ended up letting me stay but on thin ice. Crap like that is retarded, and its easy for the person who has no clue what a wrench is to tell you that your wrong.

    yeah pretty much, i talked to the human resources department today and they are going to get back with me on tuesday and get everything started rolling.
