No i dont need a motor but i mite as well do it all at one time...lets face it...i have alot of miles on my 5.3 and i cant afford my truck to be down.If i can do it for under 4 k its till cheaper than a new truck and wouldnt have to worry about the drivetrain for awhile.6.0 and 4l80 would be bullet proof in my truck and all my mods change over. The trans stopped leaking and i drove it into town at 9 tonite and its all dry under neath.....WTF..its been a strange day today!

Damnit Dale! You always do the "Johnny Too Cool" parking job and back in parking spots usually... What happened--you get lazy?

I doubt that a newer Beta version would cause your tranny to leak. Only a bad seal would let that happen. But then again, HPT does do some weird things to our trucks... Are you running Vista on your laptop?

When tranny fluid comes out the front, its usually the front pump bushing...or the converter isn't seated properly...or etc. And you are saying it only happened when you had the Beta version downloaded?

Well...it sounds like the front bushing is gone. Dale--we need to have a tranny build party!
