Talked to FLT yesterday asked if they were working on 6 speed auto technology... The sales rep told me that the controller for these transmissions is integrated into the trans making it ALMOST impossible to retrofit into older vehicles.

yes, but if you use a Gen IV engine and controller you can do the swap pretty easily. it has been done in a GMT800 by speartech.Originally Posted by 7two
