I should probably update the status of my cam on this thread. I had a PCM problem since the tune went in with the cam. Now all my mileage numbers are back where they used to be. Power is better than stock, but only marginally, below 2500 rpm and above 2500 the truck pulls hard now. Power is dramatically increased.
Still getting some valve noise. I'm trying to decide if it's a lifter or something else. I guess the rockers can't be adjusted on these motors, so my choices are lifters or longer push rods.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

No more trucks, but this is what I used to have. 2000 GMC Sierra, 6.0L-LQ4, Built 4L60, LS6 Cam, The Other Guys Headers, 3 inch exhaust and 7 chamber flowmaster, 43lb injectors, Nelson Tuning, Drop - 3/4 McGaughys Spindles, Bell Tech Shackles & Hangers. Best time 13.59 @ 106
