I have the 28" now, I don't think its going to hold up once the motor isn't stock.
I don't think it will fit. There are core supports there; maybe I could go with a wider core if this one or the 5.3 rad doesn't work.

What application do those electric fans come from? They look like a great retrofit for our older trucks.

Love the build and the info here. Just signed up to the forum. Got a 70 c10 and a 2005 lq9 this week. Can't wait to get started.

    Thanks for the compliments.

A little update, but no pictures...

Got the fuel system up & running. Has problems getting pressure, then figured I had the check valve in backwards!! Swapped it around, and 40 psi. A turn or 2 on the regulator, and 60 psi it is. Damn that A1000 is loud!

Got the harness mostly installed, just need to hook up the starter signal wire, fan harness, finish up the voltage & fuel gauges, plugs & wires, oil & trans coolers and driveshaft. I have everything but the plug wires & exhaust on hand. Thanks to Jon @ Nelson Performance for helping me with my harness!!

Thanks Quik. No where near your quality of work, but I am not looking for that.

And I am just following your lead on the coil packs!!
