I have Taylor wires on my Hoe and my Mustang running LS coil packs
    good wires.

The "truck" ones look just like factory boots and the factory heat shields
will slide right on to them.
    2002 Tahoe 4.8 - soon to be turbo'd - SOLD
    1989 Mustang - LX Vert - 351W-TT - 2inches of dust covering it
    2012 Raptor - 497rwhp at 10psi

I have a brand new set of Taylor 409's Ill sell you for 60 bux shipped. I change my plugs to often to go with anything but stock or msd. PM me if you want pics this is a brand new set Summit sent me after I bitched about the first set. You will not have any problems with them unless you check your plugs after every pass. If you do than go get a new set of AC/Delco's or buy MSD.

I like the MSD's. I have two sets.

As far as length goes, there are at least three different GM part numbers because there are 3-5 different style coils (they all interchange). Each style of coil "requires" a different length wire. That being said, the MSD's (and probably other aftermarkets) are on the long side. My MSD's are a little longer than I'd like but there are no real issues. I twisted #5 a little to keep it off the steering shaft. #8 required a little twist too to keep it off the firewall and AC case.

My 70K mile GM wires had more than 900 Ohms of resistance. The highest MSD wire I checked had mid-40's.
