Easy Win... shouldnt count but still a win

Buddy of mine was running his mouth about his truck when mine was in the shop this past month. He drives (get this) a ext. Cab short bed dodge (late 90 style) with the lil 318 in it. I think he as a exhaust and intake. Talked about how fast he is. I told him man Ill show you when I get the truck back. I thought NOTHING about this but last night as I am cruisin to the ole ladys house SWOOSH up beside and slams on his brakes to be beside me at the red light. Starts revin his motor up. So I laugh do the same. Goes green I start spinning (who saw that coming ) I let off and get back in it and I let off the gas completely at 4 grand before I even shift out of 1st and had already put 2 lengths on him. He pulls up. " DAMN MAN " to which I explain I only ran it up to 4k and he replys "SCREW YOU IAN" then we pulled over and chilled for awhile and he explaind how he would like a chevy.

I had a 1998ish RCSB Dodge 4x4 with the 360 in it out for a roadtest at work for a safety. Man that thing was a dog, my 4.3L would have smoked it.

thats funny, i had a guy at work the other day giving me crap, saying his dodge with a 360 would smoke my a$$,i bet him 200 dollars and offered him a length but he didnt take it

What are the specs on your cam. And about how much did you spend total on the whole swap. Nice kill, my buddy has a 94' Dakota, can't wait till I line up and smoke him. I will make sure the ls1truck sticker, and the "Ya it'll beat a Hemi" are up for him to see.

Its good for a street truck but It isnt a massive gain over stock.
I only spent around 700 for my cam and kit to install. Virgil and Tyler did the hard parts of the install and let me do the easy stuff (taught me along the way)
