    What is the best diagnostic software to use for mutliple vehicles and where can I get a boot legged copy?

    MOST all use a dongle to prevent thiefs from bootlegging copies
    as you put it.

    So then does most of the softwares come with a dongle and again what software seems to be the most user friendly and complete?

    There must be a way to order or make a cable to convert the signal from the truck to a serial cable. I know there's diagnostic software that's shareware out there. I just can't remember where I've seen it.

    No more trucks, but this is what I used to have. 2000 GMC Sierra, 6.0L-LQ4, Built 4L60, LS6 Cam, The Other Guys Headers, 3 inch exhaust and 7 chamber flowmaster, 43lb injectors, Nelson Tuning, Drop - 3/4 McGaughys Spindles, Bell Tech Shackles & Hangers. Best time 13.59 @ 106
