If you're keeping the stock cam, you won't need new pushrods - even with the 918 springs. The stock cam is pretty much done at 5000 RPM. The factory pushrods will work fine at that RPM level. I would only go with stiffer pushrods if you exceed 6000 RPM.
As for the rocker arms, on your stock engine they will only give you about a 5-10 HP gain. However, with a turbo, that gain will be amplified. How much will depend on your boost level, but a 20-25 HP increase would not be unreasonable. Whether the cost is justified is your decision.
If you really want that turbo to shine, you should install a bigger cam. Something in the 210- 215 range would work well. The factory unit is pretty anemic (190).
