Both 4WD and 2WD use the same steering knuckles (spindles?) and hubs....just there's no axle through the center on a 2WD...

I digress...

Yes, some 2WD have torsions and the ones that do have NO difference in the front suspension from a 4WD with exception of torsion rate or shock valving, etc...
