The only reason Obama doesn't have the political scandal stuff on his record yet, even though the people he is associated with are terrible, is because he hasn't had the political "experience" that McCain has. IMO, the longer someone stays in politics, the more corrupt they become.

I got this in an email from a friend. He says it better than I could.

I have already cast my vote since I will be in the Seattle area on election day. I orginally was NOT going to cast a vote for the President. I don't like Obama at all and Mcain lost my vote when he chose his running mate. As I walked across the street to vote I decided I NEEDED to cast a vote for Mcain just to cancel one of Obama's. So that is what I did.

The biggest problem as to why we are in this mess is WE as AMERICANS have been brianwashed into thinking the one in the oval office controls things. Our schools have stopped educating our kids that the President does NOT make the laws. We need to be changing every other member of CONGRESS. They are the ones that make the laws and spend the money.

Each of the canidates for President this year have LIED to the American people. They all said "when I am President" something will or will not happen (you pick the statement) They have know way of knowing that since CONGRESS will have to decide what will happen. The president has the power of influence but not to create bills.

If the PRESS wanted to CHANGE this country they would get the American people fired up about all the other canidated running for CONGRESS.

We now pour money out to get our position heard many times because we didn't shell out a lot less earlier to get the right people in the offices that make a difference.

To every person that reads this no matter what you think PLEASE get out and VOTE. Voting is STILL an American RIGHT. If we don't excercise that right it won't we long until those that have been voted in take away our RIGHTS. Politics may not be popular BUT this COUNTRY is IMPORTANT enough to me and millions more to open our mouths.

You might get a visit from secret service for this statement. I'm not saying I'm for what Obama is or what he's about but you can't make statements like that without suffering the consequences. They look at it as a threat and it's to late I'm sure because someone has already seen this post. Just remember... Big Brother is watching.
