San Antonio guys...recommendations on shops?

Ok, need some recommendations on some places to get some minor work done on my truck. At over to 192,000 miles, little things are starting to break, get worn, etc.

1. Best place for exhaust work? (Minor leak around the catalytic converter)
2. Best place for tinted windows? (Thinking of getting the side windows darker)
3. Best place for paint/body work? (Wanting to perhaps get taillights tinted/refinished)
4. Best place for upholstery/seat work? (Small tears, need to replace the entire cover)

1. They place Nelson performance use is good, loose the Cats with a tune from Nelson Performance.
2. I know someone that does all my tint and all my friends, let me know where you are located.
3.That can be done fairly cheap. PM if interested
