    They are the updated OEM replacement for the original platinums. Not sure when they were put in service.

    I guess plugs are like wires. Always heard it good to go with OEM
    2010 Silverado ECSB LS 4x4. Only mods so far are a K&N drop in filter and a Rough Country 2" front level kit
