He is in Delaware it is a different world up north. I really can not speak about CCWs in Delaware. I am surprised that you can get one up there.

Honestly, I know there are some things my dad is hiding from my family but nothing that i think would have to do with the CWP, they're just a PITA to have around this area

For whats it worth when I took the class here in Nevada they said just remember to carry your ccw card along with your blue card(gun registration card) when ever you have your weapon concealed. But you can always open carry here if you don't mind people eying your pistol.
