Welcome. The front end is not my cup of tea but I can appreciate hard work. There's a ton of stuff that you can do to that Vortec but in the end, the LS rules...LOL

Welcome!!! Well, well, well...the RR front clip does look interesting...I would have liked to see a smaller billet-style grille versus the thicker grille. But still--good work at getting all of it in.

I would not even try to mod a 140k mile L31 motor. Take that thing out and put a 6.0L LQ4/LQ9 in it--you'll thank me later...

+1 on tylers comment. If you are into makin it a custom truck. Dont just stop cause its got miles on it. Just pick a better drivetrain. And the ones he named are the best.

About the Grill!! actually i havent reallt decided how much i like the grill either but i got it because there was nothing else like it. i actually wouldnt recomend buyin it because for one its not made that well and when you hook up the headlights both the low and high beam hook ups hook into one light so you dont have any high beams only one. it also overheats the pigtails for the light so they shut off after getting to hot. i just took out the lights it came with and used my low beams from my old grill to fix the problem so im still stuck with no high's but at least i have lights now. all in all i def. wouldnt get this.

Well speaking of lights if you switch it again DO NOT GET PROJECTORS! I see more with my fog lights then i do my low beams. The high beams are great though.

But you will never thank Tyler for anything...just say it was your idea the whole time.
But hey I have 200k+ on my motor and I have been doing mods to it and she has responded fairly well. But again I am in the process of that same swap.
