    Make sure the return spring didn't get sideways in there on you. That happened to me.

    I figured it out guys. I had the o ring on the 4th apply backwards. The pointy side needs to be facing away from the tranny. Also I had to use a wire hook to get the 4th apply into the cover, by getting the oring inside it. Took all of 10 mins to pop it out, fix the oring, and put it back in. Thanks to Greg, Vince and Jon for the Help.
