    Jba shorties vs pacesetters lts and ory sound..

    Will it be any difference in SOUND between my jba shorties vs my pacesetters lts and ory that I have sitting in the garage??

    Sound? Who cares?

    The LT's will beat the pants off the shorties, so I wouldn't consider them. LT's would match up well with a Radix too.

    Seriously, I imagine the LT's are louder.

    Oh man...it will sound waaaaaay better man! Its not even a comparison. I had Gibson shorties on my truck before the LTs and ORY. It sounded ok, but it is waaay better with the Pacesetters and 3" ORY.

    Thinner, more tinny sound. I can't really "hear" shorties but LT's are usually obvious.

    Yes--tinny sounding is correct...but they can easily be fixed by either throwing a thick layer of powder coating on there or wrapping them...but either way, longtubes sound better than any other headers you could put on there...
