    harness

I have a 6.0 that im installing in a 93 chevy and when i bought the engine the harness was cut, It was cut on the rear right side of the intake. its about 19 wires...dont see a MAF plug, transmission plug, vss, or 02 sensor plugs.

can anyone help me out here and tell me what these wires go to.
    heres the pic

kind of a double post, its in my intro but figured it belonged here.

I'd recommend using a volt meter and looping the wire to the PCM connector and marking each wire from there. It will take about 15-20 minutes but you'll know for sure where each wire goes.

to complicated, im lazy. besides dont have a wiring diagram.

figured some one here would know what it goes to, i guess i'll just have to go to a dealer and look under the hood of a used ls truck.

We can help you with wiring diagrams but if you'd rather look at another vehicle go for it.

You're up sh!t creek without a paddle unless you're willing to help yourself a little. NITROUS knows his wiring and I can help too but we need help from you to help you, dude.

Too lazy? Wanna buy fuel for travel or a plane ticket for someone that can help?

    Let us know.

lol, just pushin buttons to get a response.
Yeah i need a wiring diagram, pretty good with reading em too.I've heard ls engines are pretty easy to wire yourself. so i've read anyway.

Before i get into this harness i have a question. Will the ecm i have work with an older 4l60e (93 rwd)
the ecm and engine came out of a 2002 2500 series 4x4

dont know if the connectors or wiring would be the same as an 4l80 or 60.
done see why they would be different connectors

you are gonna need to get a pcm pinout for the truck the motor came out of and trace those wire back to the pcm and see which pins they go to and go from there.

i have pretty much a whole harness at the shop so whatever plugs u need i prolly gotem

4L60 and 4L80 have the same connector just a different pinout. Also the 80 has a second VSS

yeah, the 80 harness will not work with a 60, the 80 has less wires in the main tranny plug
