    i personally think you can do it, get with allen, on the budget build, a cam 220/220 or 224, headers, and heads, you can find the cam rather cheap through out the web ( other sites ) heads, i got a set for ya , assembled even a cam, you can get this for less 1500.00 headers would be the only thing you'll need new.. unless you get lucky and find a set on the net.. but you'll have to do the work forself to make this a budget.. i personally domt think it would take much to get a RCSB in the 13s now how low would be another story....

    Headers... who needs them? There happens to be a 6.0 on this site running 12.3's on a with ported and polished manifolds. =)
