Thanks Guys, I'm putting the motor in My brothers C10. I think its a 77 or 78. Not too sure, I just picked it up and tossed it in the back yard.

I just ordered the motorset about 3 weeks ago and it arrived yesterday. I yet to pull it off the trailer and check the condition since I picked it up afterwork and it was dark by the time I got home.


Lambo, I live in Norman (home of Sooner Football as you know ).

This is for my one of my younger brothers. He's on his 5 tour to Iraq. So I've been really wanting to do his restoration for him. I hope to actually start working on it by late next month. Right now I'm just in the parts collecting mode.


I want to fit it with full Air Ride and the LS1 of course. Then its on to paint body and interior. It should be a pretty nice little show truck/driver when I'm done with it. I don't want to get too crazy cause he really likes the looks of the stock body. And I don't want to go through the hastle of a body drop or any crazy shaving or doors.
