Cause ricers and wanna be ricers are fags. Ex) I put 14" chrome rims on a 1994 dodge shadow at work last night that had an upside down wing on it which was attached with lag bolts, fartcan, and a paint job that must have been done with finger paint. And the unhidden neons were priceless.
