i ordered some lowering springs but it says its for 03-05 and my question is are all the coil springs the same 99-06?

the springs should be the same, except for the new style trucks in which they use a coil over setup.
The 99-07 Classic should be the same coil spring (they weren't coilovers), GM didn't do coilovers until the new 2007 and 2008 pickups.
