Got mine going. I'm seeing about 2 mpg's more so far in town driving, but it's prolly not conditioned yet since it's new. I'm working with my neighbor building one for his ride now. Well see how that goes and I might make some changes to mine! All in all Jeff's kit is pretty easy to install and hook up to the vehicle. And the write up isn't that bad!

    Forgot to put my mpg's.

Normal in town for my truck is about 12-13 mpgs, and so far I'm doing 14 almost 15. I've tried to keep my same driving habits so I can judge it better, but the weather has been nice here in Fort Worth the past week so I haven't been running a/c.

What I have noticed though is I can let the truck idle alot more and not see the huge hit on my mpg's. When before the more I let it idle it would totally screw my mpg's.

Thanx for posting results. Remember to try using an EFIE. 18% increase isn't too shabby. I bet with an EFIE or some tuning you could get into the 20+mpg range. +1 on the idle thing. And i am still working on a new write up. They do work better in time and Remember to be liberal with the Baking soda, but don't go over board.
EDIT: I also noticed a quieter Idle, did you? But I also have a single chamber muffler and no cats.

As far as idle it doesn't seem any quiter, but it wasn't to loud to begin with. I did distilled water up to the screen, then poured it in a big cup (to make my measuring cup for the cell), I added 1 tablespoon of baking soda to it and stirred it up real good, then poured that back into the cell. My baking soda might have been a little old, so that might be part of it.

So you think two tablespoons would hurt?

they may all be different but I heard only like a teaspoon or less but maybe I read wrong. I dont know what too much would do?
sounds like it is doing some good.

Too much will just make the water have more resistance. TOOO much will probably cause problems. tbspn should be fine. How I do it is I take the top off the cell, fill with distilled water. I have the sifter type of baking soda, so I just hook up the HHO cell to power source, sift a little in, and see if it starts to bubble. I probably use about 2 table spoons.

ok today I am ordering back stock in bulk. I will sell them once they are built. That way you dont have to wait once youve paid as the guys before did. I allready have a list of 25, but some may back out. And I told everyone that its first come first served. So the list is just so I know about how many I need.
