    HRP vs Ennis times

How much faster can you expect to run at HRP as opposed to Texas Motorplex? Take the same truck and with the same temps and it will always run faster at HRP with the much improved DA at damn near sea level. I was told it can be an easy 2 tenth difference, any truth to this statement?

Dropping two tenths from Dallas to Houston does not cut the bs test imo. Air temp and humidity are usually higher in Houston as well you have to keep that in mind.

The altitude might help but the air is usually a lot wetter even at the same temp. TMP has a great pad too.

here is the COASTAL relative air to keep in mind

MOST coastal air comes from across the water which runs the humidity through the roof.....

the east coast has the benefit of the relatively dry continental air flow coming across to the sea level track, that is why you will see thet 90-95% of all the -DA data come from the east coast.....

rare air gets to -DA in many places, i've even seen it here in dallas but it is that once in a 100 year time situations, those are rare rare rare....the northeast gets REGULAR and CONSISTENT -DA....

+1 on the DA and humidity issue. IF you could have the exact same atmospheric conditions at the two tracks, you might see a difference...but that's purely tabletop discussion and not real-world...
