We were having issues with running carb tanks off road. When climbing a hill the fuel would not stay near the pump and it would run lean and die out. If this is a street truck then you shouldnt have too much of an issue with a carb tank.Originally Posted by CattleAc
No...I ran the original 1986 carb tanks. I used 1987 R/V series hanger/senders in them. They fit fine.
