How much work would it take to put a ls1 in my 89 chev? It's a full size stepside 4x4. It has a 700r4 trans with a shift kit. I'm pretty sure the engine would bolt right up but I'm not so sure about all the other computer stuff. What kind of extra performance am I gonna get? Right not my 350 is all stock except for a jet six pack chip.
