Ls1 99-05 ECM amp draw?

I have a Benchtop programming harness that I acquired...and I need to know which power supply(from radioshack) to use for the LS1 99-05 ECM's. There are a couple of different one's available. All of them are variable voltage from 9-24 volts. THEY ARE NOT VARIABLE AMPERAGE

1) 9v-24v *3amp*
2) 9v-24v *5amp*
3) 9v-24v *10amp
4) 9v-24v *15amp
5) 9v-24v *20amp
Which one should I get? Does anyone know what the AMP draw is on the ECM? I don't want to get the wrong power supply and screw up the ECM...
