Sounds to me like your techs going to myspace is the least of your worries. If you are having problems blocking access outside of the LAN, how exactly are you blocking outsiders from entering your LAN? You really should have a network assesment done by a reputable company, and implement changes as needed. If you have personal customer data on this network you could be opening the door to legal issues if not properly secured.
