Ok--you have the O-ring on there. It is shown by the arrow in this pic:

Looks like you have it all together. I only made a point to have that O-ring on there because without it, the hose would not get a good seal on the male fitting coming off the top of the pump... And like we discussed, make sure that ground tab is completely touching the body of the pump.

Looks like you have it all ready to go! Finish what else is left and drop that bitch in! Call me if you run into problems...

    Pump Replacement

Placing it back in, I loaded these pics to get some info from tyler.
    1) I didn't have the ground tab in contact w/ the new pump.
    2) Need to ID where the O-ring replacement goes.?

    Factory Hose.

That is the external portion of the factory hose/line still on the original pump.
I will get it off and check for the O-ring underneath it.

    I just noticed something...
#1. Where did you get that clear flex tubing from??? A water bottle?? LOL...

#2. How well is it secured to the housing? I see that you have a screw type band clamp securely attached to the pump, but what about the other end? Does it have a screw tyoe band clamp on it too?

    1. Get the tab in contact with the pump.
    2. Look at my pic I posted with the arrow pointing to the O-ring. From the look of things, you got it on there.

    No O-Ring

This was just a section of the factory line. If I would have been a little more patient, I could have re-used it. Instead, I fractured it and had to use the line that came in the kit.

Yes, It took some modifying. I could only safety wire it, do to the space restrictions of having to plug back into the filter assembly.

Ground Contact good to go, canister cut GTG, re-assembly now.

    Your Next!

    What's up Jeff?

Tyler and I were talking about Fuel Canister assembly/mods out on the track the other day, and I wanted to get back w/ him before I put mine back together.

I am going to try and put my Kit on today. I was going to call you after lunch about the Waste Gate assembly to the Y-pipe. Don't have any refrence pics.

Are you going to be free after lunch to take some calls?
