we are not worried with tire size changes.. Nobody in their right mind would pay you 100 bucks for a tire size change... If you are looking to deposit other folks work on your laptop, then go to another site.

Why would I want other peoples work? Tuning is not rocket science, I would not trust anyones work other than my self.
If someone has a tuned pcm, I am sure they would send it off to have any adjustments made.
