I'm working on the pricing now. I want them to be affordable but they will probably be in the $700 - $850 range unless go with a cheaper coating. A coated mid length runs $580 from S&P. I can make them cheaper but I want you guys to have a header that will last a long time.

Ok, I won't sell them uncoated unless they are stainless. I do have the stainless capabilities but will start out with a quality tubing and work on stainless later. This thread will be locked until I receive the tooling. thanks

Lance, I'll have 400 sets of 1/2" header flanges delivered to me this coming friday. Let me know how many to send your way. Once I have some boxes and shipping figured out i'll make them available to the general public as well. You can check the design out on my website. I've sized the holes for 16 gauge 1-7/8" seamless tubing(1.884") This will work out nice I think. Here's my math: 1.875" O.D. tubing - (0.065 * 2) = 1.745". GM LS performance heads have a 44.20mm(1.740") I.D. gasket area called out on the blueprints. This will maximize the exhaust area so if people want to do porting or have aftermarket heads with oversize ports already this should accomodate them without any grinding.
