I dont have a scanner or hptuners. I would think that it would change the fuel trim as well. I have a wideband and it seems to be running about the same. From what I gather HHO helps burn the gasoline that doesnt burn in the combustion chamber. So Maybe thats the key. Another point is that if your cell draws too much power you can actually hurt gass mialage.
