Just received my scanguage the other day and put it on the truck. Driving to work today was showing the engine temp at 186. I know a stock one is around 200, what is everyone else's temp run with a 180 thermostat in.

Keep in mind a 180° thermostat just allows the thermostat to OPEN at 180°. It doesn't keep your vehicle at that temperature (if that's your concern).
180 is pretty much a stock replacement...you will run usually 10-15° above what it opens at...my stock truck temps are 187-192° but i run both fans all the time

Took the truck on a trip this past weekend and with the ac on and driving 75 truck ran at 193. I was just asking if anyone thought that my tstat could be a 180. Having touched it since I bought it but thought it always looked low on the gauge.

Those temps sound pretty normal to me.
