Question any idea's on a supercharger?

After the ls6 swap i'm looking to get blown.... but which one, i was thinking vortech but seems low tech and out dated. I have had my eye on a whipple or kenny bell, but would love any input advice or personal experience with any. Thank you in advance

Do NOT do a whipple. They have no way to intercool them and are useless. Magna charger is awesome.

This is the superchawger you want.

vortec has been concentrating on theyre paxtons thats y.i have both ,the vortec is nice and quiet you dont even hear it on the rd,but it only puts out 1k cfm.i run 10 psi through it and it runs hard but seems to run out of power on the highway around 100.the paxton on the other hand is an animal, powere all the way through and never runs out ,but its noisier and it does put out 1500 cfm ,so thats the reason its so mutch better imo.vortec are very pricey also.my setup was 6500.charger ,intercooler, injectors, everything ,they do match everything very nicely.so what im trying to saay is go for the new paxton illl bet its an animal.mines the nov 2000.

Yeah, Why not go with a turbo??

One of the more overlooked forced induction systems out today is the STS turbo system. Take it from me, these systems work VERY well. The biggest and most common misconception about these systems is turbo lag, because its a rear mounted turbo, but I can tell you that there is virtually NO turbo lag. I could write a few paragraphs about how well these systems work but I am not an STS salesman, just a happy customer. I would, however, recomend that you at least visit their website (ststurbo.com) or call them. Afterall, everything they told me turned out to be true.....especially the part where I would get a TON of power for every pound of boost.

sts turbos are cool. The only thing I dont like about them is the way the intake is. A restrictive as hell sock over a filter too keep out moisture. Needs a better method IMO.

Trick turbo kits are the way to go. I have had supercharger now I don't think I'd go back.
