Yeah I paid 25$ for priority shipping and figured it included shipping, it shipped parcel post 7-9 days. But still guys I can't be too mad he didn't argure with me at all.

He tried to get away with scamming you, and you called it. Of course he refunded the money. Not everybody is smart enough to think maybe they got scammed. some people would just consider it a loss. He was hoping that you were one of those people.

OMG. What a freaking cheeseball for not shpping it correctly. I always request insurance up to $500 on my stuff that I have shipped. Not only do you have insurance on it, the seller then usually packages it better. But seriously, it looks like that tool taped two paper towel rolls together and then Suran Wrapped the ends. The tool deserves it.

I would take all of this with a grain of salt and use it as a learning experience. IT shows you to keep your $hit locked up where no one can get to it, and make sure you insure everything sent through the mail...
