I dont see a flash arrestor.....Yea I have been building one also, only thing is I have about $75 into it. I havent put it on my car yet but it is pumping out about 4 liters per minute of hydrogen.

The bubbler is the safety. 4 liters a minute is ALLOT. how big is your generator?
You sure its not 4 liters per hour? Also you have to have a balance between output and longevity. Some of the bigger cells make more HHO, but they tend to boil the water and just steam after a short period. You probably did the cheaper mason jar one. they work, but they don't produce 4 liters a minute. more like 2 per hour. And they dont last as long. And they boil the water. 4 liters a minute can be heard like a hiss. We only admin 3 liters per minute or so for o2 patients via Nasal cannula (the nose one). I built this one with hi grade durable stuff. With safety, and longevity in mind. Hence the higher cost.

The heat is the reason for it not being on my car yet. My generator right now is built out of a home filtration setup. Roughly 1' tall by 6" wide cylinder. Yes I am sure its 4 LPM, I had it at 6 LPM running it on 24v but it would boil the water in under 10 minutes. The current setup holds about a 1/2 gallon of the water mixture and will boil after a little over a hour of run time. If I cant get it to cool better I will just back off the number of plates im using and run it with the lower output.

At 4 LPM I can make a mini torch out of it.

Thats cool. Sounds about right for the boil time. It takes about 80 hours until I have to put more water in it. The style your doing needs allot less plates. 4LPM is allot, and you dont have to have that much to benifit from HHO. It works best at lower levels for a fuel supplement. if your shooting for 10+LPM you might as well convert the whole engine to HHO. I havent noticed any difference in the A/F ratio though. At WOT It does feel a little faster. My a/f ratio before was like 12.8-13.3 now its like 13.1-13.3. But it might not be the HHO. We need to put our heads together and see what we can come up with. I wonder how it will do on the Dyno.

Yea I am interested to see if it makes a difference in your truck, I am itching to put it on my car but just havent gotten around to doing it yet.

Nice, we've been experimenting with them also. In a couple we've seen built there's been very little change in fuel trims. You'd expect to see some type of change if your saving that much gas. I think the unit's that were built aren't putting out enough H2. We're going to try different design 1/8" plates with 1/8" holes to see if it disperses the H2 any better. We lighted one of them off and it put out a 6" plume. I want to see that one installed so I can log the date from it. Jeff, do you have HPTuners or a scanner to look at what's going on? I couldn't rememebr if you did or not. LOL

I dont have a scanner or hptuners. I would think that it would change the fuel trim as well. I have a wideband and it seems to be running about the same. From what I gather HHO helps burn the gasoline that doesnt burn in the combustion chamber. So Maybe thats the key. Another point is that if your cell draws too much power you can actually hurt gass mialage.

Id be willing to pay in advance, and since you arent too awfully far away from make the drive and kick a few back your way for helping with the install if you are willing and our schedules arent conflicting. Let me know and I will drop the cash your direction.

I have no problem with that idea. we just need to make a planned date for this.
BTW guys I think I figured out how to stop the water in the cell from freezing.
