    New Headlights.....

Got them put in, but i dont know how to wire them in order to get the halo part of the headlight to work, that part thats around the actual light. Theres 2 sets of wires in back, and i kno ones a ground, but i dono where to attach the other part to in order to get the halo rings to work. And the bracket doesnt line up right, but its pretty close, notice under the headlight the gap.NEW

I helped a friend install these once and I remember we had to cut the head light sockets off (keep enough wire on the ends) and do the same with the parking light, and then the halo wires got connected to the truck parking light wires, and the headlight wires got connected to the truck headlight wires. I hope this helps a little.

NO offense, but don;t do that. Go get a test light and some quick splice connectors.

Take the test light and find out which wires from your parking lights/blinker lights below the headlights is the parking light wire. There are three wires leading to the blinker/parking light bulb...blinker, parking, and ground. Connect the ground from the halo lights to the ground using the quick splice, then find which of the remaining two wires is the parking light wire. Once you find it, use another quick splice connector and you are done. Make sure to remember the color of wire you find is for the parking light---cause you will wire it up the same on the other side. Make sure to wrap the exposed connectors with electrical tape. And you are good to go!

Yeah, the lights did look out of adjustment.

If you wire the halos up to the parking lights I described, they will come on when the parking lights do. It looks kiinda cool at dusk when you can have your parking lights on...

Here is an old pic of my truck when I had my trim and Denali wheels on it with the halos on at dusk...
