    This is the kit

The red rubber ring goes with the part to the right of it, the 2 black rings below go with the part to the right of them also, they are made of a hard plastic and not paper. You reuse the original ring off of the cover which would be the "blue" one. There is nothing else you need but time and patience to get the sucker in.

My guess is these two, you might be able to get away with just the accumulator.

You can get the pinless forward accumulator and spring from OPT as well. You could also get the replacement forward accumulator (cast) from most tranny shops, it does retain the pin though. The only diff is that most stock ones are plastic and tend to wear out around the pin, causing 1-2 upshift to slide, hang, slip into 2nd at higher rpm than commanded etc.. You will have to drop the pan to install the forward accumulator, something to keep in mind.

If you have a late model 4l65 you will need the small hole piston. I would go with the pinless setup to make sure you have no fluid get by, and you dont have to worry about which part to buy. The spring above looks like a heavy duty version of the GM purple spring which I do not think will work. Best bet is to give OPT a call and order directly from them. They will set you up with the parts you need.
