Just thought this might spark some questions and ideas for others. This one is a low rider swap we're doing.

Don't forget to change that oil filter before it starts up. That dented filter will allow garbage to enter the engine.
The rear return line on the transmission, is the fitting going deep into the center support bearing the way its supposed to in order to keep from burning up the rear section of the transmission?
Is he putting a skid plate on the bottom to keep from breaking the oil pan? It looks lower than most of the rest of the truck.
Cool setup. Nice work so far.
Looks like he needs an fbody pan setup.

what exactly are we looking for? 4x4 on airride? engine conversion? maybe it's the percosets from surgery this morning....
I hear ya Red, ya, those things are stuff that we haven't done yet.
What do you mean that oil filter won't work?
Ya, i talked to him about dragging the oil pan, we'll get it going then talk about an fbody pan.
Not looking at much, just pics for others that are doing the same thing. I know when I look at other projects i sometimes get ideas.

Yep, F-body will take care of it. I have a 4/5 drop and no clearance issues. You'll probably find the pinion angle to be out unless he added shims or rotated the spring saddles but I could be wrong.
