Now would be the time to spring for an underdrive pulley. But either way, you'll need a new crank bolt ($10 or so at dealer). Use the old crank bolt to put the pulley back on, then back off the old bolt and put the new one in. Use an impact wrench to remove the old crank bolt - if you torque on it with a breaker bar, you can snap the head off. Use the impact wrench to tighten down the new bolt. There's a torque sequence for it but tightening it with the impact will be fine.
You don't need a new water pump gasket or timing cover gasket - they're reusable. Doesn't hurt to replace them though if you already ordered them. If the old ones look ok I would return the new ones or try to sell them.
The valve cover gaskets are built into the valve covers - they don't need to be replaced.
You should without question add hardened pushrods while you're in there.
