The tune will help you power brake, but you'll never be able to spin those wheels.
The tune will help launching but it will never burn out.
Your brakes and AWD and the small stall converter is keeping you from going over 2K, that is about where the factory converter will stall to.
It may go up a little higher once abuse/TM/Timing are modified.
