Haha, thanks. Yea, my dad's race car is sponsored through the local GM dealership, and i can get some parts at cost as well!! Anyways, i'm going to have about $12,000 maybe $15,000 to spend on everything. I'm def. going auto and the trucks going to be a 99, would the 6L80e still work with that year? I'd like some suggestions on what internals to use. pretty much a parts list of everything i need to order/buy for the longblock. i'm ordering all the parts seperate b/c my dad has an engine builder that does his race car engines, so that takes care of that. Any suggestions on a cam?? remember its going to be a 427 with an ST80 turbo. 8.9:1 or 9.0:1 compression. what's one of the best intake manifolds to go with as far as FI goes? thanks again, i'm sure i'll have many more questions. haha
