I know this is lots of questions for one day but i couldn't find it while searching. Can i use the stock mass air flow from my truck (97 sierra 4.3l ) with a 04 6.0L ?

Nope, it wont even connect on your wiring harness. You need to get a new maf for that motor.

The only way to run the stock 97 4.3 MAF is using an F-body (Camaro/Trans AM) harness. I'd stick with the 6.0 MAF to avoid tuning issues.
