    I was going to mention those mods (tricks) when installing a new pump, but Allen as already performed those. But still, it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the filter anyways...they are cheap and easy. Go ahead and ask your mom Ricky--she knows all about cheap and easy... Your filter should be along the driver's side frame rail. Just make sure to relieve the fuel pressure first--unless you want to get sprayed by some 93...

    Yea yea I know how to change it, I have done it before.
