Need a good cam for a turbo 6.0 - advice?

I'm swapping to a 6.0 and keeping the STS kit.
Comp cams told me to use a 218/218 duration and 529/529 lift.
This seems kinda mild to me.
I am using the TT3000 converter and a FLT stage 4 trans, so I want a big cam(that will not cause piston interferance) that is still street friendly.
What do you guys have or suggest??

    Thanks, TY

Hmmm...if you think a .529/.529 is small, then you think along my lines. I am going out on a limb to say 218/220 .551/.563 116 LSA.

You can save your money unless you are doing an all out effort. Find a good FI cam for cheap. 212/218, zo6 cam or a used gt2-3 all work very well. Mighty Mouse on ls1tech mad almost 1000 rwhp with a stock f-body cam in a forged 5.7 motor. I put down 500 rwhp at 8 psi on a sock 5.3. Only mods were 918 springs, larger injectors and meth. This was with a STS kit.

220/220 .581 .581 ON A 115. It works great. If you are lighter than an ext cab you could run the Z06 cam.

I have the Z06 cam and it works, but I would like to have a more agressive cam.

Does the same go for a cam wih a super charger? I was told a cam with a lot of split in the duration will "bypass" boost.

Oh yeah, totally forgot about the GT2-3. That is an excellent cam for FI!!! GT2-3 = 207/220 .573/.580 118.5 LSA. And yes, a lot of split duration is not good for FI.

This is the cam I'm going for, but I can't get a hold of Allen to order it.
