As with everyone else running a handheld tuner, get rid of that thing. Your truck will run better, have more power, and get better gas mileage if you get a custom tune for it!

We have two awesome tuners in South Texas--Allen Nelson is in San Antonio and Charlie Wheatley is in Houston.
HP numbers? Well, with a CAI, full exhaust and a good tune--you could be pushing 270-280 at the rear wheels and around 330-340 at the motor...
