See thats where Its nice to be a public servant. I would have called 911 told them Off duty unit behind suspected dwi, thats trieng to ram people. They would have been there in like 2 mins. Next time that happens just call it in as what I said above. then laugh as he gets arrested, or at leasts gets pulled over. DOnt say your off duty though!! lol then you get arrested.
