finally, finally, finally and oh yeah finally

after a long waite and trying to figure out why the tranny went into limp mode and stayed, after blowing a trans line, the trans shop finally figured out wtf was wrong, those that know my truck it has been down for quite sometime with tranny issues, anyway after rewiring and tracing every wire to the tranny so said its the U BEC, anyone know wtf that is lol so said something to do with the fuse box, anyway on the last attempt to bi-pass it all worked out well, the truck is now up and running, i will enjoy it for about a week before it heads to the paint booth for a face over....

p.s. i gave this shop hell, but also alot of patience its been there since jan 3rd and some... but i stayed patient until the last week.. i guess i had to get pissed to get them to figure it out, i hope i didnt, they told me it was a nightmare lol but finally got it.....

after it was all said and done i apolgized for getting so pissed cause of the time it took. i am a very patient person but when is a enough a enough?..

they didnt charge me to find the problem nor for rewiring it, (reason for apoligizing)... but its back and runs really hard...

on another note allen your mail order tune is just awesome for all the mods i have, i really dont know if theres any more room for tweaks, but after the truck is painted i plan on visiting you to have it street tuned.... i thank you very much for the TUNE and the Time you got it to me couldnt ask for better customer service, even you knew it wasnt the tune to begin with...

man last year until monday was hell, i had tranny issues that seemed for ever, kept burning them up, even though i knew they were built right they still didnt last, kinda glad i didnt go flt reason being i think with the problem i had it would have burned up also, so said dunno if its true or not may have to talk to vince or frank about it but was told the problem kept burning up the selniods which burned up the clutches, i'll get some updated pics as the truck has had a full facial make over, the stainless and chrome is now gone. just glad to have it fixed and hope thats it for a long time as i am pretty much done with modding, since i am now in the process of building a home....

p.s. still looking for some info on this U BEC thingy !!!!

UBEC stands for Underhood Bussed Electrical Center. It is the fuse block under your hood on the driver's side. You probably just had a blown fuse the whole time. lol
