Just wanting to know what the best way to connect it all. I know the U bolt syle sucks but, I dont want to weld it. So I can disconnected if needed.

get some band clamps.
I welded regular 3 bolt header collectors on my PC's. V-bands are the best, can also get expensive.

i used ball and sockets on my p/cs then used band clamps on the rest .bands are nice and they dont leak ,as u tighten them they form around the pipe.
